I had mentioned that I installed Windows using my flash drive instead of the disc and it was much faster. I received a lot of messages from people wanting to know more. It is pretty simple, but I realize many people may not know about it. This is great if you are ready to ditch the disc drive, lost your install DVD, don't yet have service pack 1, or if you just want a quicker install. All you need is a USB drive that is at least 4GB.
Step 1, download your copy of Windows (These are the Service Pack 1, Media Refresh Files):
Step 2, Get and Install Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool
Step 3, Make your USB drive
Run Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool.
Choose your newly downloaded ISO file and click next.
Choose USB device.
Choose your USB drive and begin copying.

Optional Step 3.5, Deleting the ei.cfg file on your USB drive after it's made will convert it to an All-in-one Installer. Useful for the non-English versions who need a Home Premium or Ultimate install. (Thanks fp4)
Step 4, Insert your new Windows 7 drive to the computer you wish to install on and boot to it, install normally. :)
