Jan 25, 2016  If you contact Dell they can issue you a Windows 10 key for that machine. The COA says dell on it however it is refurbished hardware and the PC was re-imaged in 2015 but was re-activated with the COA key if you go into system properties it says windows is activated I will be contacting dell.

so please share any trouble if possible in this issue ......

Hi Manoj,

We recommend following below methods to help you resolve the driver issues.

Method 1: Run Hardware and Device Troubleshooter

1.Type in Troubleshooting in the search box, then click it.

2.Select Hardware and Sound, then click Hardware and Devices

3.Follow the wizard steps to run the Troubleshooter.

Method 2: Update the Software Driver

1.Press Windows Logo + X, then select Device Manager.

2.Locate the Driver to be updated.

3.Right-click the Driver icon and click Update Driver Software.

4.Click on Search Automatically for Updated Driver Software option.

5.Restart the computer.

Method 3: Install the Driver in Compatibility mode

1.Download the latest software driver from the manufacturer's website and save it on your local disk.

3.Select Compatibility tab.

4.Place a check mark next to Run this program in Compatibility Mode, then select the Windows version from the drop down list.

I am followed your 2 method (Update driver Software) and the problem is not resolve completely now HD Display, WiFi USB nano port (D link) not detecting some time so I contact DELL support..
